MY GOALS AFTER Y.A.I.P

1- GET HIRED AT MY INTERN SIGHT NU HOTEL

2- ENTER THE YEAR UP PROGRAM

3- SAVE MONEY FOR COLLEGE

4- IN SEPTEMBER ATTEND COLLEGE

5- GET A DEGREE IN BUSINESS

Cant wait until this internship is done so that i cant find out if all this work pays off. I really enjoy working in the NU Hotel preparing breakfast and dealing with the food. There even going to make it bigger and add a cafe to it which i think is a great. One thing that i can say I’m proud of  that i did at the internship so far is when my partner ale was sick and left me all alone dealing with the clients , the food preparing, cleaning and organizing and the inspector guy comes and i was nervous, because i had to make sure everything was at its perfect temperature and had to make sure everything was cleaned and well prepared but at the end i was happy because we had got a A grade which made the managers happy at NU Hotel.

Now i just have to focus on my internship at NU Hotel and hopefully get hired. Today was the last day of the project and we had to present it. I feel i did good and got a good grade.I represent the get it done team and i got it done!. Everyone else did good i hope everyone passes and hope ill see everyone on graduation day. Good Luck

Finally a judge noticed certain police actions and tactics they were using against the housing projects.Certain police were not using the policing tactic”stop,question and frisk”and vertical patrols instead they would just stop and frisk you because you live in a housing project or high crime neighborhood.The judge also notice there where a large amount of percentage of people being arrested for suspicion of trespassing which can include that they didn’t question the victims to know exactly what they was doing.Police Departments chief spokesman said that now they are going to use new procedures and training curriculum against crime. 

First day at gouverneur health center was awesome its really nice and i feel like i could benefit from this internship but the first day i went was a little shocking because i thought i was going to start working that day but i had to get documents and do a drug test so i can registered in order to start working 3 days later, but the next day when i went i actually talk to the supervisor and he gave me work to do that whole day which was fun and a cool experience.First i did some data entry for the supervisor on excel then after that he took me to the physical therapist floor to meet the deputy of that department and i did some data entry,reviewing,editing,and printing for her also that i believe helped because the paperwork i did dealt with the physical therapist payrolls.After finishing the paperwork she let me actually see how the physical therapist do there job and treat the patients that needed help in various areas.I seen the activities and exercises they did with the patients and saw how they reacted which was fascinating.Cant wait to go back.

What i got from the homework was that emotions have a mind of its own and sometimes they can get the best of us.It gave me a better explanation on why I express myself to certain situations and gave me a better outlook on how to act in certain predicaments.The reading is helpful and I plan to keep this information for good use. 

                Want to thank the whole Y.A.I.P staff for helping me out with the tools and resources i need to improve my life,which ever internship i receive I’m going to do my best and give it 110% and get good training to better my future.
                 Last day of orientation.Things are really getting intense,but i love the feeling.Also I had a interview in the senates office which i was a little nervous but i hope i got it.Just hoping for the best.

          Everything is looking good.My interviews were ok, which i had one in gouverneur hospital, and nu hotel,also we get paid tomorrow which is going to be helpful. and me and the team are finish with the project were just making finishing touches to the project.
